Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation for the Salcette branch.

Responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development initiatives, and assisting in policy implementation in line with organizational standards. The role involves handling employee queries, facilitating grievance resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws and cooperative regulations,



and maintaining accurate HR data and reports.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate with branch leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salcette.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HR information systems with attention to detail.
- Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to financial and cooperative institutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively across teams.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to support fair and transparent HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in banking, finance, or cooperative sectors, is highly beneficial.
