Experience Required: 1–2 years Immediate Joiners Preferred We're hiring an Onsite HR Executive to manage our talent acquisition and HR operations at our office. If you have 1-2 years of HR experience and enjoy working closely with teams in person, this is a great opportunity! Responsibilities:

Manage remote hiring, interviews, and onboarding for both onsite and remote roles

Maintain HR records, employee data, and policies digitally.

Assist with performance appraisals, payroll coordination, and perks

Organize virtual engagement activities and promote a positive work culture

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices

Act as the primary HR point of contact at the office What We’re Looking For:





1-2 years of HR experience (remote experience is a plus)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Meet, HR software). Must be familiar with CRM.

Self-motivated and able to work independently
