We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support our HR operations and initiatives. This role involves managing HR tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and
- scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for
- employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and
- company policies.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate data.




- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal processes and assist in training and
- development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
