HRHC- Apprentice Summary of the Position: Alcon is looking to hire HRHC Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities: Excellent communication in English language. Calls and Chats support. Workday tool.

General Human

Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including: General HR Records maintenance of Employee hiring, onboarding, termination. Rewards program coordination and/or administration. Relocation services (domestic and international). HR related training in some organizations, General HR may also be accountable for some or all of the following: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: Languages: Fluent in English.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience/Professional Requirement: Freshers Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shift: Night shift - 6 pm to 3 am Work from office - Hebbal, Bangalore Location.
