Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruitment) • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive and result-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelors degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
