People are at the heart of our success. We're looking for a passionate HR Recruiter (Non-IT) who can identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our business growth across operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, including Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, HR, and Corporate functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates for role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive candidate engagement and manage the offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress and key metrics.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting defined recruitment TATs and quality standards.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring when required.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and documentation processes.

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, logistics, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and ATS (preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
