We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of B2B sales & FinTech roles for a designated location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hiring for sales roles, solid communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for FinTech & B2B sales roles for the assigned location.
- Source candidates through various job portals, social media, own database and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and trackers on Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely hiring closures by working closely with internal teams and candidates.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates to regional HR heads and business teams regarding recruitment status.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in bulk hiring sales professionals or related domains.
- Prior field hiring experience (e.g., frontline sales recruitment) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting is required.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed and Apna.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with internal stakeholders and hiring managers effectively.
Preferred Skills :
- Target-driven and proactive recruitment approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles/locations simultaneously.
- Good understanding of the sales domain and talent landscape
