Human Resource Manager Job Title: Human Resource Manager Department: Human Resources Experience: 3–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: [Agra] Salary: [14000 to 16000] Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Human Resource Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.

Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.

Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.



Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, including recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance. Support training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity. Promote a healthy, skilled, and positive work culture within the organization.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and decision-making abilities. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant HR experience. Candidates with experience in end-to-end HR operations and team management will be preferred.
