- Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment of nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff.

- Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

- Performance management and employee engagement.

- HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.

- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and personnel files.

- Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.

- Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
