Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment &

- Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.

- Oversee induction and onboarding programs for new hires.

Employee Relations &

- Engagement

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

- Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.

- Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Performance Management

- Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.

- Guide line managers on performance reviews and employee development plans.

Training &

- Development

- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.

- Support succession planning and leadership development efforts.

HR Operations &

- Compliance

- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.





- Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

- Support audits and labor inspections as needed.

Policy &

- Process Management

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 38 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or mining sectors.

- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite..
