We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-oriented HR Executive to support the Human Resources function at a fast-growing luxury jewellery brand. This role will work directly with the Fractional Head of HR and will play a key role in building world-class HR systems, processes and employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn all aspects of Human Resources from recruitment and payroll to HR operations, compliance, employee engagement and HR technology while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media
- Screen candidate applications and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
HR Operations
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate document collection and employee verification
- Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
- Liaise with payroll consultants wherever required
- Respond to employee HR queries professionally and promptly
- Support statutory compliance documentation
HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain HR trackers, dashboards and reports
- Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Help build scalable HR systems and documentation
- Support HR automation initiatives and process improvements
- Assist in organising employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
General Support
- Work closely with the Fractional Head of HR on strategic and operational HR initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR coordination and administrative responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution
- Provide support across all areas of HR as business needs evolve
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Fresher, intern or up to 2 years of HR experience
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, well-groomed and polished personality
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong execution skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word and MS office
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software is an advantage but not mandatory
