We're hiring an Onsite HR Executive to manage our talent acquisition and HR operations at our office. If you have 1-2 years of HR experience and enjoy working closely with teams in person, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

- Manage remote hiring, interviews, and onboarding for both onsite and remote roles
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and policies digitally.
- Assist with performance appraisals, payroll coordination, and perks
- Organize virtual engagement activities and promote a positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Act as the primary HR point of contact at the office

What We’re Looking For:





- 1-2 years of HR experience (remote experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Meet, HR software). Must be familiar with CRM.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
