Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform.

- Build and enhance

Workflows, Custom Properties, and Custom Objects

.

- Implement and manage external automations, integrations, and white-label CRM solutions

.

- Perform data cleaning, manipulation, formatting, deduplication, and migration to ensure CRM accuracy.

- Import, export, and maintain CRM data while troubleshooting automation and workflow issues.

- Support multiple client accounts in a SaaS agency setting, ensuring scalable CRM solutions.

- Manage client onboarding and white-label CRM implementations, maintaining branding, configurations, and business processes.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline CRM operations and improve efficiency.

- Document CRM processes, automation logic, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with





HubSpot Administration

- Strong expertise in

Workflows, Custom Properties, Custom Objects, and CRM Automation

- Experience with external integrations and automation tools.

- Strong knowledge of data manipulation, data cleaning, formatting, and deduplication

- Experience managing multiple client CRM environments in a SaaS agency.

- Familiarity with white-label CRM implementations and client onboarding.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree with

3–5 years of relevant HubSpot Administration experience

- Experience working in a

SaaS agency and managing multiple client CRM environments is preferred
