Position Title: HSE & Quality Reporting Specialist

Reporting Line: Reports to the Global Head of HSE & Quality, Putzmeister Group

Location: India

Travel Requirements: Limited or not needed

Function: Group HSE and Quality

Position Summary The HSE & Quality Reporting Specialist is responsible for the collection, validation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Quality and Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the Putzmeister Group.

The role requires advanced Excel and data management capabilities, robust analytical skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders across seven manufacturing entities. The position ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of monthly executive reports for senior management and the Board. Additionally, the role supports the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for key Group Quality and HSE governance meetings.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Data Collection and Consolidation

- Coordinate the monthly collection of Quality and HSE KPIs from all Putzmeister manufacturing entities under Group HSE and Quality.
- Maintain regular communication with plant Quality and HSE representatives to ensure timely submission of data.
- Validate submitted information for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with Group reporting standards.
- Critically review and challenge KPI submissions that appear inconsistent, incomplete, or not aligned with historical trends, operational performance, or reporting definitions.
- Engage with reporting entities to investigate significant deviations, anomalies, and unexpected performance changes, ensuring root causes and supporting explanations are properly documented.




- Consolidate data into standardized Group reporting templates and dashboards.

Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare monthly Quality and HSE executive reports for senior management and the Board.
- Develop meaningful analyses, trends, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
- Ensure all reported information is accurate, reliable, and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Maintain historical KPI databases and reporting repositories.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and data quality controls.

Presentation Preparation

- Prepare presentations and reporting materials for key Group meetings, including:
- KQI (Key Quality Improvement) Meetings
- Group HSE regular calls
- ISO Management reviews
- HSE and Quality summary for the executive and Board meetings
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment of messages and reported figures.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as a focal point for Quality and HSE reporting activities across the Group.
- Build effective working relationships with plant Quality Managers, HSE Managers, and other functional stakeholders.
- Follow up proactively to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Support the Global Head of HSE & Quality in special reporting and analysis requests.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems,



Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience

- 3 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, quality reporting, HSE reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working in an international manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting is advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Data validation
- Data analysis tools
- Power Query (preferred)
- Strong data management and database handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for skilled executive presentations.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is considered an advantage.
