? Experience: 4–7 Years

? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)

We are looking for a proactive HRIS qualified to lead HR technology implementation projects, optimize HR processes, and support core HR initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation, configuration, and rollout activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders during implementation and enhancement projects.
- Perform system testing (UAT), data validation, and support go-live activities.
- Manage HRIS integrations, workflows, and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure employee data accuracy, system security, and compliance with organizational policies.




- Drive and support employee onboarding and induction processes through HRIS.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and support employee grievance resolution.
- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to support business decisions.
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS platforms is mandatory.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
