Role & responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.

- Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational and people-related matters

- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

- Coach managers on performance conversations and performance improvement plans.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on feedback.

- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented, and high-performance work culture.

- Support employee wellness, recognition, and retention programs.

- Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Investigate employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
