Position Title: HR Specialist
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
Working Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist to lead and support end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building a positive employee experience while supporting business growth.
The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, leadership teams, and employees to attract top talent, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive employee engagement programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, with a primary focus on hiring for the RFP Team and other business functions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely feedback and decision-making.
- Drive offer management, candidate engagement, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and hiring best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Support cross-functional workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives.
3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Enhance employer branding through social media campaigns, employee advocacy,
networking events, and career fairs.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create initiatives that improve candidate engagement and strengthen the organization's employer value proposition.
- Represent the company professionally at recruitment and industry events.
4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Source Effectiveness
- Candidate Conversion Ratios
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, recruitment challenges, market trends, and talent acquisition performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment process improvements.
5. Process Optimization & Compliance
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry standards.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records.
- Support implementation of HR technology and AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
6. Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
- Partner with leadership to support strategic workforce planning and long-term talent initiatives.
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through targeted hiring and engagement programs.
- Design and improve onboarding programs to enhance employee integration and retention.
- Facilitate cross-departmental staffing support across SBUs when business needs arise.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities, including:
- Senior Management Connect (SMC) Sessions
- Festival Celebrations
- Team-Building Events
- Employee Recognition Programs
- Conduct quarterly one-on-one employee check-ins to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve employee satisfaction.
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development requirements across teams, particularly the RFP function.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability-building initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Exposure to DEI programs and employer branding strategies.
