Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Coordinate bulk hiring initiatives to meet business demands through effective staffing strategies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source top talent from various industries (IT/Non-IT).

- Oversee entire recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices for attracting diverse pool of candidates.
