Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews. Schedule interviews with client companies and coordinate the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Prepare job postings and promote vacancies across multiple platforms. Maintain recruitment reports and ensure proper documentation.
Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and screening abilities. Good knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude with robust negotiation and coordination skills.
Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage). 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
