Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for hospitality roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

Schedule and follow up on interviews and selection processes. Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding of new employees. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.



RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry. Knowledge of recruitment portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred

SkillsExperience hiring for hotel roles such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, and Sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
