Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various job portals like Naukri Resdex, Apna, Indeed, linkedin, Jobhai or etc, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, Apna, Indeed, linkedin, Jobhai or etc and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or face to face interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals like Resdex, Apna, Indeed, linkedin, Jobhai or etc and other job portals.




- Positive understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in MRO, Safety, engineering, industrial, or B2B recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Consultancy Experience will be addon advantage.
