What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, and other business roles.
- Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist the best talent.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality recruitment within timelines.

What We're Looking For





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in BPO or Inside Sales hiring is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
