We're hiring a Junior HR Executive to support recruitment and HR operations for a growing industrial bearings company (JNB Bearings / J&B; Brand). Great prospect for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on exposure across the full HR function.
What you'll do: Source and screen candidates for Sales, Field Staff, Telecalling, and Accounts roles Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers Support onboarding, attendance, and employee records Assist with HR documentation and MIS reports Work on Zoho People and other Zoho HR tools What we're looking for: 1-2 years experience in HR / recruitment Basic working knowledge of Zoho Recruit required Any graduate; HR/MBA background a plus, not mandatory Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets Good spoken and written English Tamil Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small team
