Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Civil & Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Handle onboarding, document verification, and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for technical and corporate positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Civil Construction or Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
