Requirements &
Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in volume or blue collar staffing. Solid knowledge of local labor markets and vernacular communication skills. Familiarity with shift scheduling, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel. Capacity to work under pressure and meet fast-paced replacement or deployment targets.
