Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage & Lead Employee Mobility program for Expats and maintain human
resources information and related records systems for International Assignees
and Short Term Travelers.
* Ensure compliance with Statutory& Regulatory requirements and law of the land
related to visa/immigration/individual tax filing etc.
* Research & Benchmark employee advantages related to International Assignments
and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies Advise and assist
other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of Human
Resources policies and programs related to Employee Mobility & Company Leased
Accommodation.
* Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources strategies including
policies, programs and procedures to address an organization's human resource
