Responsibilities

Lead and inspire design teams to create a diverse range of design collaterals,



such as Key Visuals, brand identity design, motion graphics, Social Media Communication design, etc.
Develop strategically sound conceptual work which is aligned with client business goals and bring it to life through excellent leadership and execution.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and exceed defined expectations in terms of quality, turnaround time, visual tonality, and efficiency.
Stay informed of design trends, concepts, and the latest innovations in advertising and encourage team members and peers to do the same.
Provide creative direction support to the team and coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues.
Understand design briefs and share ideas with your peers and juniors.
Lead concept discussions with clients, peers, and members from other teams.
