Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP Concur Expense Consultant to implement and manage SAP Concur solutions for clients, ensuring effective travel and expense management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Concur modules and integrations,



with the ability to align business requirements with SAP Concur functionality.

Responsibilities

Configure SAP Concur modules, including Expense (Must), Travel (Nice to have), and Invoice (Nice to have), based on client requirements.
Analyze business processes related expense management and design SAP Concur solutions.
Set up workflows, expense policies, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures in SAP Concur.
Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other financial systems).
Develop and configure interfaces for data exchange with third-party systems (e.g., credit card providers, travel booking tools).
Ensure seamless integration with financial and payroll systems for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues.
Oversee data migration and validation processes during implementation.
