We are expanding rapidly and are looking for passionate Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming test preparation in India.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our test preparation products and services to educational institutions and students.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
Identify, research, and onboard current clients (colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and corporates).
Establish partnerships with digital marketing institutes, schools, and influencers for collaboration opportunities.
Drive affiliate and channel partner onboarding for TestSeriesPro.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Pitch TestSeriesPro’s products and subscription plans to institutions and students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Regularly engage with institutions for renewals, upselling, and cross-selli
