We are seeking a Remote Business Development Officer to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert prospects into long-term clients using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and Odoo CRM.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the founder
Manage and update lead pipeline in Odoo CRM daily
Execute follow-up sequences across WhatsApp and email




Research target industries and build prospect lists
Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to handover

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Self-driven with ability to work independently from home
Odoo CRM proficiency [Optional]

Nice to have

Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA)
LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience
WhatsApp Business communication skills
Ability to qualify leads based on ICP criteria
Odoo CRM or any CRM tool experience
Upselling and relationship-building skills
