Responsibilities

Maintain professional work environment.

Skills

All activities from hiring to reliving or rejoining of employee.
Create and Update database with prospect leads/employees and allied stakeholders.
Sourcing the required candidates, Screen Profiles of candidates and contributing in the process of recruiting and onboarding the qualified candidates.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.




Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Prepare HR-related reports as required.
Be in a regular touch base with team mates at Ulticus India.
Get involved in curation, review and implementation of company policies.
Participate in organizing company events, careers day and allied HR Activities.
Coordinating orientation and team building events.
Reporting to your team lead / manager on a timely basis.
