YOUR ROLE

As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will:

* Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant
* Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
* Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other
SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).

YOUR PROFILE

* 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors
Performance and Goal Management modules.
* SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification.
* In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities.
* Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices.




* Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other
SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
