users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading,
processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk
management solutions.

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Trader will be responsible for managing the Corn and Pulses trading book
across the PAN-India region, generating income while effectively controlling
risk through physical commodity trading activities. This role serves as the key
link between the Origination and Trading teams, ensuring seamless coordination,
trade execution, contract compliance, and operational excellence.



The position
will also oversee export flows to Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of
export processes, risk management, and customer fulfillment while identifying
and capturing market opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Manage and execute the Corn and Pulses trading book across the PAN-India
region, balancing profitability and risk exposure.
* Execute and monitor short-term trading strategies and positions for assigned
commodities, including both speculative and hedged positions.
* Serve as the primary coordinator between Origination, Trading, Logistics,
Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of
trades.
* Oversee end-to-end trade execution activities, ensuring timely and accurate
fulfillment of contractual obligations.
* Ensure contract compliance and accuracy throughout the trade lifecycle,
proactively identifying and mitigating execution risks.
