Competences requirements

* Knowledge / Qualifications

* Bachelor or Master degree in Optics or Physics
* English – advanced level (C1)
* 3-5 let/years
* CATIA, Light Tools, rendering software, GOM Inspect, MS Office,
* Complete realization of at least 2 Projects (from design phase to serial
production)
* At least 2 times leadership experience at optical concept development
