Community Health Marketing (CHM) is seeking several Community Engagement Managers (CEM) to conduct outreach activities, develop strategic partnerships and manage educational health initiatives to support racial and ethnic communities disproportionately affected by certain health issues.

This is an exciting prospect for an individual with a background in health care who is passionate about addressing health disparities. CHM is seeking candidates with strong ties and connections to the selected community including community organizations, health care professionals, advocacy groups, and media outlets. The following CEM positions are open:
Hispanic Community Engagement Manager (Fluency in English & Spanish required)
Asian Community Engagement Manager (Fluency in English & Cantonese/Mandarin required)
Black/African American Community Engagement Manager
Core Responsibilities
The Community Engagement Manager will focus on four areas:
Community Outreach & Engagement
Identify, engage, and secure collaborations and partnerships with target segment community organizations to promote health education initiatives.
Identify, vet, and build relationships with health care professionals/doctors who serve the target community
Identify, vet and conduct 1:1 interviews with doctors and patients from the target community to ensure diversity and representation in market insights and clinical trials
Identify, recruit, and vet doctors and patients for advisory boards, and coordinate the meetings
Event Execution
Execute in-person and/or virtual educational health events in Hispanic, Asian, or Black/African American communities across the United States to raise awareness about risk factors, health screenings, treatments, and clinical trials
Execute educational events for health care professionals who practice within these same communities
