Role: Manual Tester – Functional & UI Testing
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Pune / Candidates who can visit the Pune office a few days each month or as required
Work Hours: Willingness to work close to US business hours, when required

Role Overview
We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2–3 years of experience in functional and UI testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, user experience, and business requirements across web-based applications.
The role may involve working directly with US-based clients and project stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical thinking,



and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
Perform functional, UI, usability, regression, integration, and system testing.
Validate application behaviour across different browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, daily meetings, and defect triage sessions.
Perform impact analysis and regression testing for application changes.
Maintain test documentation and provide explicit testing status updates.
Support client demonstrations and user acceptance testing, when required.
Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of hands-on manual software testing experience.
