Job Title: Manager - Product Development
Job Type: Full Time

We are currently seeking a Manager - Product Development to join our team and assist in reevaluating our existing product mix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and studying proposed properties by the Business Development team, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders for finalization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product review reports, including initiatives such as Market beat, product review report, and competition mapping
- Assist in launch activations by preparing area calculations, launch notes, and document content
- Coordinate with agencies for document preparation and sales training
- Conduct competition analysis and finalize amenities in coordination with stakeholders
- Cross-check architectural drawings with approval drawings and quotations
- Prepare AFS annexures for sustenance projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- Identify and analyze car parking requirements
- Address queries from sales, architecture, and marketing teams




- Provide product briefs to management and architecture team for projects in DD stage
- Evaluate concept designs and coordinate with stakeholders for product mix validation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.
