Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

Studying the purchase order, understanding project specification, developing time schedules, budgets and milestones, understanding consultants and inspection agencies, subcontractors, quality and safety guidelines, statutory requirements, invoicing, payment schedules and penalties for delays.
Macro and Micro planning of manpower & materials.
Customer interface during periodic progress meetings with client and consultant.
Understanding and meeting all the contract requirements.
Mapping the project timelines as per the client requirement as per the BOQ and setting milestones with the GM projects, GM Procurement and President operations
Delegating tasks to GM procurement as per the timelines and site requirements and receiving daily, weekly & monthly feedback.
