Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our
team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong enthusiasm for working




collaboratively with client teams to ensure the successful delivery of Buildings
and Infrastructure projects—on time, within budget, and to high quality and
safety standards. This role offers excellent exposure to complex and
high‑profile projects schemes in the UK market.

Key responsibilities include:

* Understanding NEC contracts and associated contract management requirements.
* Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation and
participating in contract reviews.
* Ensuring contracts are drafted in compliance with NEC standard clauses, with
clear definition of scope, insurances, payment terms, compensation events,
and programme submissions.
* Assisting with pre‑contract tender processes, including tender assessments,
clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports.
* Managing commercial inputs into the procurement process and supporting the
development and agreement of procurement strategies.
* Preparing NEC contracts
