Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Maharashtra
Promote and sell Medical Devices, X-Ray Systems, DR Solutions, Retrofit DR, C-Arms, and other healthcare equipment
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and institutional sales networks across the assigned territory
Generate business from hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, and key accounts
Build strong relationships with hospital management, radiologists, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, dealers, and channel partners
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up
Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and execute territory expansion strategies
Coordinate with service, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless installations and excellent after-sales support
Prepare sales forecasts,



pipeline reports, MIS, and territory performance updates for management
Represent the company at customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, or related industries
Hands-on experience in selling X-Ray Systems, DR Solutions, C-Arms, or other capital medical equipment will be highly preferred
Solid dealer/distributor network and in-depth knowledge of the Maharashtra healthcare market
Proven experience in B2B sales, channel management, institutional sales, and business development
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage regional business operations
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
