Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Admissions Executives. This person will be responsible for expanding the school’s presence in the local community, engaging with prospective parents, explaining our offerings, and driving admissions growth. The role involves both field work and coordination with internal teams to ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field outreach: meet parents, visit local communities, organize meetings in residential areas, community centers, housing societies.
Represent the school in admission fairs, neighbourhood events, exhibitions, and open houses.




Arrange and conduct school tours for prospective parents and students; explain curriculum, facilities, fee structure, admission process.
Build relationships with local preschools, kindergartens, coaching/tutoring centers for referrals.
Follow up on leads: converting enquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update database / CRM of prospective students and parent contacts; track conversion funnel.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & communications, admissions) for promotional materials, events, and campaigns.
Assist in digital marketing efforts: social media presence, content (brochures, presentations), possibly online ads.
Provide feedback from the market: what parents are asking, competitors, pricing, features that parents want.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admissions targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field) preferred.
