The Design Engineer is assigned to a project as a key member of the HVAC design team who will be doing engineering activities to carry out HVAC design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures
He is also responsible for ensuring that the Group’s technical policies,



are followed, considering any special contractual requirements.
Timely completion of design and engineering deliverables.
Job responsibilities include Heat load calculation in excel and Trace, Area Classification, Pressure Zoning and AHU Zoning, HVAC Room Book (Summary of Heat load & Design parameters), Reheating capacities, Calculations of Exfiltration and Infiltration air, Preparation of Air Flow Diagrams, Duct, and piping pressure drop calculations and Ducting Quantity, Pump Head calculation.
Preparation and Checking of BMS logic Diagrams, Creating P&ID;, and AF&ID; sheets
Leading Inter discipline coordination & Client Meetings and preparation of meeting notes.
Maintaining Hold List / Comments Logs & CRS / Assumption List time to time for each project.
Should have very robust communication skills.
Develop working relationships across various disciplines & adherence to Dept. /Discipline W
