Open AI Technical Trainer

VMS Group APAC is partnering with OpenAI, whose technology is transforming how people, organisations and industries build, innovate and work.

We are seeking experienced Senior AI Technical Trainers to join a global enterprise enablement programme delivered on behalf of OpenAI, supporting some of the world's largest organisations as they adopt the latest Generative AI technologies.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside OpenAI, delivering technical training, hands-on workshops and practical AI enablement to enterprise customers and strategic technology partners.
This is not a software engineering role. Instead, you'll become the trusted technical educator in the room—helping developers, solution architects, consultants and business leaders confidently understand, adopt and build with modern AI technologies.

Who You'll Support:

In this role you will support OpenAI's enterprise and partner enablement efforts across India. Your audiences will span the organisations OpenAI works with,



including developers, solution architects, technical consultants, engineers, and business and executive stakeholders. You'll work alongside OpenAI programme leadership, VMS Group APAC, and regional and global enablement teams to deliver a consistent, world-class learning experience, and to help participants build confidently with OpenAI's technology.

What You'll Do:

Deliver instructor-led workshops, bootcamps and technical training sessions for enterprise customers across India.
Facilitate hands-on labs covering Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and API-based development.
Guide developers, solution architects and technical consultants through practical AI implementation scenarios.
Explain complex AI concepts in a clear, engaging and business-focused way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
