Job Description
SLCA seeks an experienced CSR Consultant to develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, compliance programs, and sustainability reporting for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Develop CSR policies and strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Ensure compliance with CSR provisions under the Companies Act 2013.
Manage CSR project implementation and beneficiary coordination.
Prepare CSR annual reports and disclosures.
Conduct social impact assessments and audits.
Advise on eligible CSR activities and expenditure planning.
Requirements
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Social Work, MBA, or related field.
Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 Schedule VII CSR provisions.
Experience in NGO management or CSR implementation preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
