Ability to work closely with various teams in order to gather information for producing easy-to-use documentation within set deadlines
Must have worked on creating high-quality, easy-to-understand end-user documentation
Documentation includes user guides, knowledgebase articles, and concept guides.
Ability to create release notes, end-user training documents, GIFs, videos, or any other deliverables that can help our end users to the applications
Role And Responsibilities
Document new features of the application
Maintain and update previous versions of the documentation
Gather information to obtain an understanding of product features by interviewing developers or subject area owners, discussing in team meetings, etc., and translate that information into simple and user-friendly content
Develop documentation that meets organizational standards
Create documentation keeping in mind how users use our products and how to help them achieve their tasks quickly and accurately
Work in a fast-paced environment and create multiple documentation to meet tight deadlines
Work collaboratively and closely with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in content
