We're Hiring: HR & Operations Executive

Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Are you passionate about Human Resources and Operations? We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible HR & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with 6 months or more of HR/Operations experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
- Maintain HR records and operational reports.
- Resolve day-to-day issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Support management in various HR and operational initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- 0–6 motnh of experience in HR or Operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in office from our Pratap Nagar, Jaipur office.
