Gender: Male / Female Qualification:

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. Experience: 5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.

Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Good understanding of HR processes and best practices

. Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and counselling skills. Good judgement, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Well-organised with valuable documentation and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic software applications.

Good command of English and Marathi.

Remuneration we can offer: Upto Rs. 10 to 15lacs CTC per annum depending upon the last drawn salary of the candidate. Job location: Khed Shivapur, Pune; hence relocation may be required for some candidates.

Transport facility within 25 km working Hrs - 7.30am to 4.00pm

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
