Role Description The HR & Marketing Intern will support day-to-day human resources activities and basic marketing initiatives for Smart Clicks. This internship is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some tasks that can be completed from home.

Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and helping with the organization of employee engagement activities. The intern will also assist the marketing team with social media coordination, content scheduling, and basic market research related to digital content services. The role offers exposure to HR processes and marketing functions in a growing digital services enterprise and is designed to provide practical learning experience under guidance.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Advantages.

Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management and employee record maintenance.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Interest in marketing, social media, and digital content services is preferred.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lucknow, collaborating both onsite and remotely.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with basic HR or marketing software is an advantage.
