About Our Client Financial Services Key Responsibilities - Payroll Tax & Statutory Reporting: Own the end-to-end payroll tax and statutory reporting calendar for supported jurisdictions, ensuring accurate calculation, validation, reconciliation, approval, payment and submission within prescribed deadlines.
- Equity Compensation Administration: Lead the payroll administration of equity compensation events across multiple jurisdictions, including vesting, exercise, settlement, withholding, sell-to-cover and related payroll reporting activities, as applicable.
- Governance, Controls & Risk Management: Design, operate and evidence a robust payroll control framework covering tax, statutory reporting, equity transactions, reconciliations, approvals, segregation of duties and issue management.
- Process Improvement, Technology & Leadership: Identify and deliver process simplification,
standardisation and automation opportunities across payroll tax, statutory reporting, reconciliations and equity administration.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in payroll operations, payroll tax, statutory reporting, equity compensation administration or a closely related discipline, including at least 2-3 years in a lead, supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with India payroll and statutory reporting is essential;
