We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage our complete HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.

- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.

- Support performance management and employee development programs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

- Maintain HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Handle HR operations independently and support business requirements.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar HR role.

- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.

- Experience in handling HR processes independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
